Where can i find MQ-R (T113-S3) PCB drawing?

Hello
Are there any drawings of MQ-R pcb or component/testpoint annotations ?
I want change VCC-PE (VCC-RMII-CSI) to 3.3v (currently 2.8v), but couldn’t find R56, R57.
Please help !
